Sara served as the embedded project manager and execution partner for ib designs, supporting the brand across e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics, and print. Acting as the internal point person, she sourced and managed contractors, coordinated timelines, and completed hands-on work to ensure consistency across platforms and campaigns.

Website project management, including launching and supporting a Shopify site with new tools, apps, and integrations
Setup and management of Meta Business Suite and large paid advertising campaigns
Goal-driven giveaways and promotions designed to increase engagement and visibility
Ongoing analysis of performance data to inform business and marketing decisions
Monthly social media content creation
Print project execution, including magazine back covers and airport billboards
This long-term engagement required balancing strategy and execution—ensuring ib designs could scale initiatives, adopt new platforms, and maintain brand continuity without fragmenting responsibility across multiple vendors.
