Plan Perfect Business is run by Sara Zuckerman, experienced in marketing, public relations, event management, and crisis communications across hospitality, government, nonprofit, and small-business sectors. She has partnered with both nationally recognized brands and independent operators—adapting strategy and execution to meet each organization’s goals, scale, and operational realities.

In hospitality, she has supported branded and independent hotels by managing social media content and engagement, executing paid advertising, and aligning digital marketing efforts with on-property experiences. Clients have included properties such as The Guest House at Graceland, Topnotch Resort & Spa, and Naples Grand Beach Resort & Spa, as well as smaller independent restaurants and online businesses.

Beyond hospitality, her work includes launching and managing GoFundMe campaigns, overseeing ad spend with a focus on measurable growth and conversions, and helping small businesses move from concept to launch—and from launch to expansion. She has created and executed crisis communications plans and served as a spokesperson and response lead for both government agencies and local businesses during high-pressure situations.

In the nonprofit and event space, she has helped organizations grow attendance and revenue by bringing ticketing online, modernizing promotional strategies, and managing visiting talent and event logistics—allowing teams to scale impact without increasing internal burden.
